Life from abundance

Tiffany Eckhardt, master of reinvention and certified life coach, helping women rise above their midlife BS

People who see life from abundance embody an energetic flow that is irresistible.

Thank God I met Dawn Gardner, my friend who lives her dream of being a working author.  When we started our private book club in the spring of 2019, she mentioned she had never met another Pollyanna before.

Yep, abundant reasons we are friends!

Dawn and I have delve deep into the most empowering books and then challenge each other to live out what we are learning.  Believing in abundance takes some practice, especially if you’ve been conditioned in lack.

It helps to have the influence of a circle of magnetic souls who convince you that abundance exists.

Rise above broken to live abundantly!

“Our problem as humans isn’t that we are inadequate, wrong or broken; the problem is that we believe we are.”  ~ Dr. Sue Morter

What does it take to break free and embrace the mystery of life?  Step one… get to know yourself.

In March I published my first workbook, Rise Above Your Own Midlife BS.  It is free.  So, grab yourself a copy!

In my workbook, I help you get to know yourself and recognize your hangups.  Once you break free from old worn out stories, you can create the life you’ve always dreamed of and guaranteed to attract kindred spirits.

Trance Of Scarcity

In June I will be leading my first book club, studying The Trance Of Scarcity by Victoria Castle.  This book has made obvious the ways I have been operating out of lack and taught me to flow in the cycle of abundance.

The author, Victoria Castle, hits a nerve with her definition of the Trance of Scarcity,

“The Trance may show up privately, as self-doubt and over-consumerism, or publicly, as elitism and disregard for future generations.  Many of us spend our time lamenting the way things are, justifying all the reasons why they can’t be different, and preparing for the worst.”

What if your life could be irresistibly abundant?

You are enough!

“If my aim is to prove I am “enough,” the project goes on to infinity because the battle was already lost on the day I conceded the issue was debatable.”  ~Nathaniel Brandon

I talk to women all the time that honestly believe they’re broken, and that life is a problem to be solved.  Somewhere along the way they lost their ability to be enchanted by life.

Friend, you are enough and worthy just as you are.  It is the belief in your worth that allows you to become magnetic.

My work offers opportunities for you to get to know yourself and to join a circle of kindred spirits.

I hope you take advantage of my free workbook, Rise Above Your Own Midlife BS.

Space is limited for the book club in June, but I’m planning future book studies.  Make sure you are invited to the next one by subscribing to Tiff’s Tidbits, a weekly email!

I’d love to chat with you!

I would also like to invite you to try coaching.  As a life coach, I help you wade through your BS, and then level up your belief in possibilities.

I’ve helped clients land new jobs, improve relationships, define their perfect partner and believe they exist, and reach for their ideal weight.

You can create the life you want.

I’d love to chat with you.  Schedule a consultation by clicking my calendar link and pick a date and time that works for you.

Here’s to discovering an abundant life!

Could you be missing the sign?

Tiffany Eckhardt, master of reinvention and certified life coach helps you see the signs you are missing. Helping midlife women believe their best years are ahead.

Could it be that you are missing a good sign?

I love a good sign!

During my time as an antique dealer, I had an affinity for old rusty signs with unusual stories.

In the fall of 2012, a really fun guy past through my booth at Texas Antiques Week.  He was on the hunt for cool stuff for his new bar on East 6th St., which at the time was an up-and-coming area of Austin.  He liked an old rusty sign with the word Whislers on it, but didn’t commit as he walked off into the fields.  At the end of the day he showed back up to purchase the sign that would become the name his new bar, Whislers.

I like to think about stories like this when I feel uncertain. The right sign will eventually appear. Or in this case, the right buyer will take the sign home.

Take a drive

Instead of getting frustrated when I experienced writer’s block this week, I put it aside for the day on Saturday.

Jeff and I drove to Austin to visit our son.  As usual, we were early and had time to kill.  Fortunately, I saw a sign. The Rising Sun Vineyard directional signs led us down a long dirt road that seemed a little iffy at first.  Curious, we continued until it opened up to one of the prettiest drives.

Following the signs to this beautiful winery was pure serendipity.

Move towards fun

Fun is often overlooked when feeling uncertain or frustrated.  Stepping away from what is on your mind allows answers to present themselves.

Roller skate, call a friend, take a drive, get out in nature, watch a funny movie, etc.

From a relaxed space, you can surrender to the mystery that allows opportunities to appear.

Discover Enchantment

Getting away by taking a drive or finding fun is the first step.  The second step is to believe that something magical can happen.

Enchantment is a kin to serendipity, and comes from a willingness to be touched or moved by something magical.

“To all of you who would like more excitement, pleasure, and satisfaction in your lives, please take note:  Enchantment is self-serve.  Opportunities abound, if you are available,”  Victoria Castle.

If you were more available to the signs, what new possibilities might open up for you?

Signs are not woo-woo

Looking for magical signs to appear can seem a little too woo-woo for some.  I get that!

Consider the opposite of enchantment is control.  Needing to feel in control often feels graspy, and is an illusion anyways.

In my experience, the mystery of life unfolds when I choose to believe in possibilities.

Remove the fog to see the sign

If your mind-fog is too dense to step towards enchantment or fun, I can help you get clarity.

Don’t miss the signs.

It often helps to have a listening ear, one who can help you get curious about what’s blocking you.

I invite you to schedule a consultation with me.  I can lead you to find more excitement and satisfaction in your life.

If you hang out with me long enough, I will convince you that your best years are ahead!

Loving yourself

Loving yourself

Beauty has so many forms, and I think the most beautiful thing is confidence and loving yourself.  ~ Kiesza

The ugly truth is that I have spent a lifetime self loathing and looking for my worth in the eyes of others.

A beautiful illustration came to me in meditation.

I was standing on a shore hesitant to join the fun at a swimming hole, watching friends splashing around out in the deep.  As much as I wanted to join the fun, I had reasons for staying on the shore.  The water was too cold.  I don’t like swimming in a lake, and not being able to see what I’m swimming with.  With just enough courage, I dipped my toe in the water.  I thought, Well, that wasn’t so bad.  Eventually I inched into the water waste deep.  Stepping forward was actually refreshing.  All of the sudden I felt empowered to join the laughter and the silliness of friends splashing around in the deep.

The swimming hole represented a life full of joy, but my beliefs held me on shore.  A few daily affirmations allowed me to dip my toes into belief.  Once I felt comfortable, I was able to develop new beliefs about myself.  And now I have the confidence to shake off the opinions of others and join the fun!

Beautiful, do you love yourself?

Loving yourself makes you irresistible.

Cultivating love for yourself is not selfish or egotistical, and is the opposite of self preservation and being needy.

Reversing the negative chatter takes some work.

It is liberating to reach deep within to meet your needs when you’re alone and bored, at times when relationships are difficult or when you are reaching for a huge goal.  You can have your own back!

What do you believe?

If we don’t believe we can have what we want, we unconsciously create lifestyles that assure we can’t possibly be fulfilled.   ~Victoria Castel from The Trance of Scarcity

You are the only one who can create the confidence within.  Developing confidence doesn’t have to be a big scary leap at first.  Simply start by having a chat with your image in the mirror.  Tell her where you see value, purpose and beauty.  It might feel weird, but can be a powerful tool into seeing into your soul.

I do this!  I tell myself regularly that I have the grit and resolve to stand up for what is important to me and to try things that are a bit scary.  These thoughts create a feeling of moxie {just love this word!}.  And that feeling moves me to create the lifestyle that is uniquely me.

What do you want to believe about yourself?  Your current lifestyle can give you a clue into what you actually believe.

Block the blockers

You might be blocking what you want.

In my free workbook, Rise Above Your Own Midlife BS, I offer a worksheet that helps you call out your BS with a simple question, is it true?

Others might be blocking you.

I’m not sure which is harder, blocking your own BS or blocking what you think others are thinking.  A good question to ask yourself, is their opinion relevant?

Spoiler alert:  the answer is NO.  It is usually BS.

Need a little help dipping your toe in the water?

Is this is resonating with you, but seems a bit too hard to imagine genuinely loving yourself?

Let’s get you on the calendar!

Picking a date on my calendar is a simple step forward, like dipping your toe in the water.  Before long you will be joyfully splashing in the deep.

Here’s to falling in love with life!

Holiday Traditions With An Empty Nest

Holiday Traditions with an empty nest. Tiffany Eckhardt, certified life coach offers how to navigate the holidays with an empty nest.
Grandkids & shenanigans!

Do you find yourself missing the awe of Christmas through your little one’s eyes?  Does your heart ache a little as you navigate holiday traditions with an empty nest?

You are not alone.  It is a bitter sweet season for many of us.

A love/hate relationship with holiday traditions.

Confession:  I had a melt down today.  Jeff and I returned from a trip north to visit our grand babies in Michigan and celebrate Thanksgiving with my family in Ohio.  I could blame it on exhaustion from the long road trip, but the truth is decorating an empty nest is just not as fun as it used to be with kiddos under our roof.

As a young Mom, I remember wearing myself out to provide my littles with all the treasured traditions that my Mom and Grandma effortlessly modeled for me.  I became weary of Christmas to the point of almost dreading all the work, which was not how I wanted my kids to remember their childhood.

One year I lowered my expectations during the holidays and insisted on creating our own yearly traditions.  I have fond memories of cutting our tree down at the local tree farm, baking cookies and giving new PJs on Christmas Eve.  Most years I caved on Christmas Eve and allowed the kids to open all their gifts.

It has been ten years since Jeff and I celebrated our final Christmas with our kids at home.  All the holiday hoopla doesn’t seem worth it without the kids.  My meltdown is definitely a sign that I need to rethink my relationship with holiday traditions and work to create new ones for this season of life.

Our final Christmas before we all flew the coop. Tiffany Eckhardt, certified life coach helps midlife women navigate the holidays with an empty nest.
Our Christmas finale.

Honor the past

Why is it so hard to move on, even after ten years?

It is common for people to focus on a familiar past, especially during the holidays when you need the comfort of family traditions.

It is helpful to allow yourself a trip down memory lane, but don’t wallow there.  Although memory lane is nostalgic, don’t forget to take off the rose color glasses.

For instance, I have a lot of great memories of creating Christmas magic for my kiddos, but am brutally honest about the feelings of overwhelm I often experienced.  In fact, one year I decorated our Christmas tree with caution tape.  We had just purchased a historic home that we were in the middle of renovating.  I had a huge case of Ba-humbug!

Having a healthy relationship with your past is part of my three step process to reinvent midlife and is especially helpful during the holidays.

Living in the Now

Living in the now means creating a sense of tradition for this season of life.

The holidays can be an exciting time to allow your creative juices to flow!  Regardless of the changes from year to year, pick a few traditions that just make you happy. This year I am excited about a few new ideas for holiday decorating and gifts… stayed tuned.

As a reminder, there isn’t a playbook or manual for midlife.  Create Christmas magic for you!

What memories can you create today that your future self will look back with fondness?

A zesty future

Are you struggling this year? I know what it is like to ache for the season of creating Christmas magic for little ones, but I also know it is possible to move forward.  I can help you develop a healthy relationship with your past, present and future self.

Create an intention for the holidays where you honor your past seasons, but fully live in the NOW with gratitude for each season moving forward.

If you hang out with me for too long, I’ll convince you that your best years are ahead.

Gift yourself an investment into your future

You owe it to yourself to become everything you were meant to be.  I invite you to make an investment in your mind, your health and your future.

Are you curious how a life coach can help you navigate the holiday season?  Schedule a free consultation with me today!  Simply click the link below and choose a date and time on my calendar that works for you.

Now that I have allowed myself a Christmas melt down, I can truly enjoy my cozy cottage decorated for this holiday season.  Here’s to  celebrating new holiday traditions!

The First Day Of Your Life

This is the first day of your life... hire Tiffany Eckhardt, certified life coach. Tiffany helps midlife women believe their best years are ahead.

This is the first day of your life.  You hold the power to unfold your future intentionally.  Wouldn’t you rather be building a dream life than waiting to win the lottery?

Life in the rear view mirror

You and I have cast ourselves into stories, intentionally or unintentionally.  I have spent the past year building my life with purpose.  I am learning to define myself from a vision of the future, rather than memories of the past.

My old story was sad, even tragic.  I had cast myself as the failure, the girl who never measured up, who quit on my big ideas just short of the vision.  I felt like an underdog, the outcast.  Ultimately, I had the impression that I was cast into an impossible popularity contest, where the winners were all skinny, pretty, rich and smart.

These beliefs originated internally.  It didn’t take much effort to find evidence to support my beliefs.  In fact, I spent a lifetime accumulating evidence that became my familiar story.

Let that sink in.  You are living a similar story, with beliefs that simply are not true.

Reframe

The key to living a victorious life is to identify the lies and reframe them.

The lies that I internalized were crippling me.  I believed that I was unworthy, unloveable and not capable of creating wealth.  {YES… I want abundance!}

Can you imagine creating anything of value fighting these feelings?

Thank God I have the tools to systematically bust these lies.  This work is so rewarding.  I am now fully responsible for my feelings, believe that I am capable and love the woman I am becoming.  I have a clear vision of my past, present and future self.

It is possible for you to reframe the lies and fall in love with your life too!

There is a line in my Vision Video that gets me EVERY TIME…

This is the first day of my life

I’m glad I didn’t die before I met you

But now I don’t care, I could go anywhere with you

And I’d probably be happy

Here is my Vision Video that I watch on a daily basis to reframe my past self and create the future I envision.

Believe you are worthy

Do you believe you are worthy?  YOU are the only one who can determine your worth.

If you are like me, you probably spent your life looking for evidence of your worth, only to find more evidence of the story you unintentionally cast yourself in.

This is the first day of your life.  Take the first step to get to know her, the one who is happy in her own skin.  Invest in falling in love with your life.  You are worth it!

As the cliche goes, don’t die with the music still in you.  If you can’t believe in your worth for yourself, bathe yourself in this Lauren Daigle song, and just BELIEVE.

Create the evidence

Honor your future self with compassion for your past and commitment to the present.  Unfold your life intentionally be creating a vision for the future.

What exactly does that mean?

Simply ditch the old story based on your past.  When you define yourself by a vision of the future, your mind will work to provide evidence of it’s reality.  You will live to make your future self proud and start to see yourself as the hero in control of your story.

I am living proof

I’d love to help you.  I am living proof of the possibilities.

I can relate to your journey and understand the lies that cripple your story, and can assure you that an intentional future is within your grasp.  It is not only rewarding, but fun to fall in love with your life.

You might be saying to yourself, “Well, sign me up!”

If you want to fall in love with your life and create an intentional future, consider hiring me as your midlife life coach.  If your curious, but unsure, simply schedule a free consultation.  Click the link below and pick a date and time that works for you.

To offer a little nudge, for those of you who commit to three month coaching package, I will include a Vision Video creation as an added bonus.  Check out my video and the blog article I wrote about it.  My vision video has made an impact on my daily commitment to the woman I am becoming.

This is the first day of your life.  Here’s to falling in love with life!  You are worthy.  Believe it!

Creating a “YES” mindset

I have learned the secret to failing forward by creating a “YES” mindset.

How do you feel about failure?  Is it an event or has it become an identity?

I am very proud of my failures!  My combined failures prove that I have followed my passions, thought outside the box, attempted greatness and forged my own path.  I decided to make each of my failed attempts mean that I am tenacious, persistent, stout hearted, and most importantly willing to fail.

I have an impressive collection of business cards to prove it. Even though I enthusiastically approached each business attempt with an attitude of, “What the hell, this might work,” the lessons I earned was worth every heart ache when it didn’t work.

Failure is simply of mental constraint

One person’s failure is another person’s success.  A student given the grade of C could consider the grade a failure or a complete victory, depending on the student.  Yearly earnings of $100,000 is a failure to one small business owner, and a unimaginable success to another small business owner.

Many of my clients have unfortunately allowed well meaning family members or friends to define failure for them, which inevitably robs them of a “YES mentality.  I have heard stories of women spending nearly 50 years believing what was said about them in the past.  These women are finally liberated when they drop the old story for one they create.

You get to decide what failure means.

A “YES” mindset

“I no longer remember what the question is.  I do know the answer is yes.”  Seth Godin

If you refuse to accept failure as a part of the journey, you will not likely succeed.

Once you learn to anticipate obstacles, you will face disappointing outcomes prepared and will have the awareness to look for the lessons.  You’ll no longer be afraid of failure, but will say, “Bring it on!”

You will have the fortitude to fail forward with a “YES” mindset.

Strategizing

Hire a life coach to help you create a “YES” mindset.

As your life coach, I will help you identify what is hijacking you and create a failure plan that will lead to your inevitable success.  We’ll discuss where you are and where you’d like to be, then determine your obstacles.

Get to know her

Tiffany Eckhardt, Certified Life Coaching teaching you to get to know "HER"

I’d like to encourage you to get to know “HER.”

Do you ever wonder what your future self will look like and feel uncertain what she even wants, but on the other hand… you desperately want to believe the best years are ahead?

So, wouldn’t it be great to get to know her (your future self) now?

I’m thankful that I took action to get to know “her” in 2017

I experienced a Wellness Awakening in January 2017 after a horrible hysterectomy that haunts me to this day.  It was a wake up call. As I laid in bed in the worst pain of my life, I decided to never have another surgery. Enough was enough!

As I researched wellness practices, I began dreaming of being an energetic woman, with abundantly creativity and having a life full of adventure.  I slowly became aware of how I wanted to show up for life and what changes I needed to make.  As I look back, I am so grateful that I took the time to create the person I am today.

Questions to discover her.

Stop waiting for magical certainty to show up.  Take a step back and seriously look at your life.  Self-aware is always the first step. Start by asking yourself a few questions.

  1. Identify what thoughts you regularly have about your life.
  2. What emotion would you say is most common for you?
  3. Would you change anything?

Now, give yourself permission to dream.  What does your ideal future self look like?  How does she feel about life?  Who does she spend her time with?  What brings her the most pleasure?  Why is that important to her?  Get to know her in vivid details.

You must be future focused.

Can we all agree that life after lockdown will never be back to “normal?”  Now, more than ever, you can not rely on the past to dictate the future.  This is good news!

Become future focused by deciding what is possible for your future self.  Ignore the old playbook.  It doesn’t exist anyways.

Set her up for success

What are the biggest obstacles between who you are today and the life you want to create?  When you identify roadblocks you are able to set yourself up with solutions ahead of time.

It will be fun to get to know her! Your future self is waiting for you to create the life you both want. I can help you identify where you are at, where you want to be and develop a plan for success.

Unsure you need coaching?

Look, I understand that hiring a life coach feels indulgent.  You may be asking yourself, “will coaching really make a difference?”

Well, I don’t want you to waste another day wondering!

The truth is data drama is cramping my style

Tiffany Eckhardt, certified life coach for women who are ready to take creative control of their lives. Are you suffering from data drama?
How ya feeling????

Is data drama cramping your style?

Full disclosure, life coaches are not immune to drama.   In today’s blog I will share insights from my journal in hopes that it will help you navigate the chaos created when data drama cramps your style.

The struggle is real.  At this point, are your thoughts and feelings “large and in charge?”

It dawned on me today that I have fallen into information overload.  I can quickly get sucked into my iPhone apps, scrolling through Instagram and Facebook.  Before I know it, I’ve spent hours down a rabbit hole searching for truth and researching possible solutions.

YEP, data drama is cramping my style.  It is time to take charge of my thoughts and feelings, live for the moment and create a future that motivates me today.

An a-ha moment while doing a thought download.

Thank God for journaling!  Thought downloads are extremely important during times of chaos.  Journaling clarifies thoughts on paper and indicates where feelings are coming from.

It dawned on me today that data drama is like the toilet paper phenomenon.  Investing hours in getting to the facts can be compared to standing in line for toilet paper.  It is an attempt to maintain some control over the uncontrollable.

As if anything outside ourselves can be controlled.

The only thing YOU control is YOUR thoughts.  What ever you focus your attention on becomes YOUR truth.

How about allowing an alternate scenario equal airtime?

I am not suggesting anyone should burying their head in the sand in ignorance.  It is important to be well informed and know what you believe.  Just understand, it is natural for your mind to obsess over the worst case scenario.

It takes seventeen seconds for a thought to produce the vibration of a feeling.  If you feel tense or angry, take a hot second to to pause.  What thought produced the feeling of fear, anger, etc.

“Do you want to feel fear or fierce?” ~Brooke Castillo

Shut off the data drama long enough to give creativity a chance to shine!  You are in control of your storyline.  Give innovation and curiosity equal airtime.   Your unique talent is in desperate need in this moment. It would be a shame if data drama stole your thunder.

Ask yourself:

1. What do I want?

It is easy to know what you don’t want.  It takes practice to train your brain to look for what you do want.  A more beneficial thought might be, “how do I want to feel?”

Data drama exposed my need for certainty.  So, I am choosing to look for thoughts that will serve my need for order. Instead of thinking, “This is a really scary time, feels worse than 2008.” I am choosing to think, “Jeff and I are in a better space mentally to deal with what ever presents itself.” Notice which thought gives me power over the unwelcome feeling of uncertainty.

Do you need to pivot?

2. What if this is happening for me, not against me?

Taken from Tony Robbins’ playbook… This is the best question to ask when looking for alternative scenarios.  Your mind makes up shit about the circumstances, so you might as well make up some shit that works for you!  Resist the worst case scenario. You control the narrative!

3. How can I create and contribute?

Out of the six basic human needs, growth and contribution are the spiritual needs. Using the circumstance as an opportunity to learn, create and serve humanity allows you to connect with your soul! Can you create something that will add value to your community? Are opportunities for growth presenting themselves? What can you do to help your neighbors?

“If you can’t do great things, Mother Teresa used to say, do little things with great love. If you can’t do them with great love, do them with a little love. If you can’t do them with a little love, do them anyway. Love grows when people serve.” John Ortberg

My commitment to solutions

I am dedicated to those who can’t be caged!  Let me offer freedom from data drama! During this season I am committed to:

  1. Sharing information & resources
  2. Promoting wellness & immune health
  3. Asking quality questions
  4. Offering to listen
  5. Coaching those who want practical ways to deal with real feelings.
  6. Teaching the tools to manage thoughts
  7. Promoting & supporting my entrepreneurial friends & neighbors
  8. Sending love to this world!

As you can see I have NO time for data drama!

Reach out to me if you need someone to listen.  I offer a FREE one hour consultation for first time clients. In that hour, I help you clarify how you really want feel and how to create thoughts to produce that feeling.

Are You Living A Life Of Creative Abundance?

Is your goal to live a life of creative abundance?  Do you want to take creative control of your life?  I believe it’s worth taking the leap!

I admire people who ooze creativity.  It always appears to be effortless, natural, like they just ARE creative.  I’m learning that is not exactly the case.

In Elizabeth Gilbert’s book Big Magic, she refers to ideas and creativity as mystics that come to you and offer the idea.  It is your job to say yes or no to the idea, understanding there will be a few “shit sandwiches” on the menu. In fact, according to Gilbert the reason we don’t move creatively ahead is always and only fear.

“Creative living is living a life that is driven more strongly by curiosity than fear.” ~Liz

A poet that Gilbert became intrigued with, once told a literature student, “Do you have the courage?  Do you have the courage to bring forth this work?  The treasures that are hidden inside you are hoping you will say YES!”

Do YOU invest for abundance?

I wholeheartedly support Elizabeth Gilbert’s theory that creativity is an energy that chooses us to co-create with.  Cuz it’s the TRUTH!  It is a gift from God.

I’ve been mulling over a familiar Bible story in the book of Mathew.  As the story goes, a boss man (my words not the Bible’s) went out of town and left his servants in charge.  He gave “talents” to each according to their ability.  The first servant he gave five talents to invest, to the second servant he gave two talents to invest and to the third servant he gave one talent to invest. When the boss returned he found the first two servants had double their talents.  The third servant buried his talents because he feared loosing the one talent he had.

Impressed, the boss commended the first two servants with, “Well done, good and faithful servant!  You have been faithful with few things; I will put you in charge of many things.  Come and share in my happiness!”  The boss reprimanded the third servant with, “You wicked, lazy servant… you should have put my money on deposit with the bankers, so that when I returned I would have received it back with interest.”

The good and faithful servants will be given more talents to work with, while the third servant will be passed over next time the talents are divvied out.

A verse on abundance: Mathew 25: 29

For everyone who has will be given more, and he will have abundance.

I am not a Bible scholar.  I simply love that Jesus encourages people to invest their talents. He fully understands the fear and risks involved, as well as the abundance rewarded to the courageous.

It appears that the story is about a dude with a lot of money, entrusting his wealth to his servants.  I view this familiar parable as an example of our benevolent creator continually entrusting gifts and talents to humanity, taking delight in what is created with the gifts.

When we are willing to invest, share and ship our talents, the talents multiple.  I wholeheartedly believe in abundance.  It is up to all of us to get curious about what we have to offer, develop our talents and be willing to share them.

Sign me up for abundance!

I am pursuing a creative life.  Abundance is directly related to my willingness to invest in my gifts. I hope the gifts I share inspire and encourage you as well, but most importantly are a gift back to my creator.

The creative life isn’t effortless.  A meaningful, creative life that gives back requires courage.  The courageous receive abundance.

Fear is lazy.  I refuse to bury my talents or play small and will have the courage to continue to grow, and to keep moving towards becoming the best version of myself, feeling the vibration of fear, knowing it will pass.

Are you curious?

I invite you to get curious about your talents.  Have you given into fear and succumbed to living a small life?  Or are you looking for ideas to invest your talents?

As Jack Gilbert put it, “The treasures that are hidden inside you are hoping you will say YES!”

I would love to connect with all you badass women who are ready to take creative control of your life!  Let’s shake up this world with our abundant talents!!!!

Do you need to pivot? Have you noticed that no matter what you do, some circumstances in your life seem to be stuck?  I promise that there is a thought you simply need to pivot from.

When you understand that thoughts cause the results in your life, it changes everything!

Let me offer you some thoughts I often hear.

Familiar thoughts to pivot?

“I just need a break from my thoughts.”

“I have no idea what I want.”

“Why do I keep self sabotaging?”

“The deck is stacked against me.”

“Why won’t he/she would just do….”

“My boss is a ….”

“I hate that I can’t seem to get my finances in order.”

“Why can’t I just loose the weight?”

“I’m worried…”

“I’m angry.”

I’m not good, talented, pretty… enough.”

A good life coach can help you flip the switch.  They will help you recognize the thoughts that run on auto pilot and offer thoughts to pivot your feelings, behavior and results in life.

An opportunity to pivot can present itself in a variety of life circumstances.  You don’t need to be facing a mid life crisis to realize that you need a change.  Regardless of the circumstance, a pivot can happen when you take control of your thought life.

How can I help you pivot?

Through the work of Brooke Castillo I learned a proven model that helps identify the thoughts that keep you stuck.  Thought work is a powerful tool in self awareness and mental health.  I’ve personally used it to improve my marriage, loose weight, become a girl who loves exercise, make decisions, set goals and learn to love who I am.

I love this work!  I am passionate about helping people have a-ha moments and pivot to what they really want in life.

During a coaching session with me, I listen to what your experiencing.  I want to know all the thoughts you have about your circumstances. Next we will examine your thoughts and identify pivots. A pivot happens when you learn that thoughts are interrelated to feelings, actions and ultimately your results in life.

We will work together to create a future from your future.  So, don’t expect me to drudge up all your wounds from the past.  Although the story you’ve created around your past is effecting your life.  We want YOU to become the hero of your own story and pivot to a new chapter.

You will need the help of a therapist if you have trauma from abuse or addictions.
