Reclaim Your Life 2021

Reclaim your life with Tiffany Eckhardt, Certified Life Coach helping midlife women believe their best years are ahead.

Reclaim your life for 2021! Every fall I develop a deep desire to end the year strong.  Rebooting near the end of a year eases the stress of the holidays and sets up a new year for success.  Rebooting also feels akin to reclaiming my life by refocusing on the dreams I refuse to give up on.

It is not too late to create a plan for your reboot & reclaim 2021!

Reboot

Rebooting is not just for computers, by definition a reboot is starting anew with fresh ideas in a new way.

Three years ago I joined a 90 day challenge to finish the year strong.  I created new habits that  had a lasting effect on my life.  The challenge included getting up an hour earlier, drinking half my body weight in water, committing to move everyday, eat well, and a daily gratitude journal.

Reclaim

This year I am incorporating a three step strategy that will reframe 2020, connect with the present and intentionally create a future.

I’d like YOU to join my journey to REBOOT & RECLAIM.

Three steps to reboot

Reframe

Have you ever been told to pull up your big girl panties and get over it?  Is that ever helpful?

Resisting your emotions in an attempt to “just get over it” only gives unwanted emotions more power to wreck havoc in your life.  I work with clients to process all their emotions to reframe their past.  Working through unwanted emotions empowers clients to truly live in the present and create an amazing future.

“We are all rough drafts of the people we’re becoming.” ~ Bob Goff

Reconnect

The second step is to reconnect with life in the present by becoming aware of creative energy.

Have you ever driven home from work and wondered how the heck you got home?  Similarly, have you ever reached a certain age and wondered where did all the time go?

When you are living life on autopilot you miss the mysteries of life.   I believe we are more than our bodies, or society’s programming.  We are energy, soul, mind and spirit.  In a moment of awareness, you notice whispers of creativity longing to be acknowledged.

Render

I believe your best years are ahead!  You have the power to create your future, to render your masterpiece.

The key to create your future is to get in touch with your future self.  This requires imagination.  What does she look like?  How does she spend her time?  Who is she surrounding herself with?

This is my favorite step of the Three Steps to Reboot.  I love helping my clients envision who they can become.

Unabashedly Love Your Life

Do you unabashedly love your life? Do you want to? Tiffany Eckhardt, Certified Life Coach helps midlife women fall in love with their lives and believe their best years are ahead.

Do you love your life?  I mean truly, deeply, unabashedly LOVE your life?

Do you want to?

Reality

No doubt you grew up with a certain amount of programing.

Never before in history has society been so overwhelmed with messages.  Clever commercials convince you to buy products for problems you didn’t realize you had.

Scrolling through picture perfect lives portrayed on social media often leaves you feeling like you’re in an impossible popularity contest.

School teaches students there is only one answer, the correct one.

Family members unintentionally project their expectations on you.

From all that, you probably have scripted yourself in a story that does not serve your soul, who you were created to be.  Keeping up a façade might even create a sense of lack and feelings of sadness, loneliness or despair.

I sure don’t want to add to that “reality.”

How I fell deeply in love with my life

I am a cockeyed optimist with uncommon energy.  This is NOT my natural state, but one I am cultivating.  I choose to BE.

I came across some vision boards I created years ago.  It was so fun to see what dreams I was able to realize.  Jeff and I have traveled to dreamy places, renovated historic homes and lived a somewhat intentional life.

In recent years I switched my vision boards to Pinterest.  I started to pick a word for the year and pin images that helped me focus on the attribute I was cultivating.  I love scrolling through the boards from past years where I focused on living with joy, living wholeheartedly, being fierce and resilient.

For some reason I didn’t choose a word for 2020.  I decided to be future focused and start loving the woman I am becoming.  Wow!  I had no idea where this journey would take me.

The most impactful creative project

Yes, I am a personal growth junkie.  I devour books on the subject and chose a profession that helps others with their personal development.  It’s my life’s work.

So when I discover an incredibly impactful exercise, I just had to share it with you!

The idea came from Dr. Joe Dispenza’s book Becoming Supernatural.  He teaches that you can use the same suggestive messaging that marketers use to actually program your subconscious to believe in a future that is created by you.  You create a commercial for your future self that you’ll watch in the morning and in the evening before you go to bed, the times of the day you are the most suggestible.

I highly recommend reading the book to learn and understand the science behind this concept!  He also adds a Kaleidoscope Meditation to the daily practice.  It’s worth learning about!

Dr. Joe Dispenza promotes a couple who came up with the idea for a visualizing video and their business Mind Movies.  You can download their app and create your own, or create one from a computer program like iMovie.

Your movie is a focus board on steroids, combining images with affirmations and heart moving music!  I call mine a Vision Video.

How to create your Vision Video

First you need to make a list of what you’d like to create in the future.  This might take a couple days.  Really put some thought in it.  This is NOT a time to think small!  Dream big.

Then you will need to think about who you need to BE in order to create your future self.  You will turn this list into affirmations that you will add to the images in your video.

And finally you’ll need to pick the music.  Dr. Dispenza calls this the soundtrack of your life.  Remember, you will be watching this video twice a day.  Make sure you love the music!

I can help you through the process if it feels overwhelming.  Reach out to me for a FREE mini session {link below}

What I learned about my future

I knew this creative project would be easy for me.  I journal everyday and am crystal clear on my dreams.  What I didn’t realize was how my heart would be affected.

It was fun to gather pictures from my past, Pinterest boards and search for ones that would fit.  As I was going through my pictures I realized that above any achievement or material gain, my family and relationships were most important to me.

I have to admit that I cried after I finished editing my video and can honestly say that I am in love with my life.  I love who I’ve been, who I am and my future self… all at the same time.

I can see how my heart, mind and soul will be more connected to my life intentionally the more I watch this video.  I also see that over time I will need to edit the video, and that’s ok too.

Here’s my current Vision Video:

My Vision Video

Do you love your life?

Do you want to fall in love with your life?  If you don’t know where to start, I can help!

It is my desire to spread my cockeyed optimism!  I have tools in my tool chest that will help you finally, fully, fiercely love your life.

Schedule a FREE mini session with me.  It’s a 45 minute zoom call where you can see if life coaching is for you.  I’m also willing to discuss ideas for your Vision Video.

REBOOT & RECLAIM

REBOOT & RECLAIM WITH TIFFANY ECKHARDT, CERTIFIED LIFE COACH. Tiffany helps midlife women believe their best years are ahead.

Reboot & Reclaim Your Life!

Every fall I develop a deep desire to end the year strong.  Rebooting near the end of a year eases the stress of the holidays and sets up a new year for success.  Rebooting also feels akin to reclaiming my life by refocusing on the dreams I refuse to give up on.

Can we all agree 2020 sucked socks?  No matter how you look at it, this year has broken all norms.

This year’s REBOOT has taken on a deeper meaning for me, more than just an adjustment or refocus, but a reclamation.

Reclaim

That year inspired me to incorporate a yearly reboot into my life.  This year I realize that I have learned valuable lessons to successfully navigate life no matter what a chaotic world throws at me.

This year I am incorporating a three step strategy that will reframe 2020, connect with the present and intentionally create a future.

I’d like YOU to join my journey to REBOOT & RECLAIM.

The second step is to reconnect with life in the present by becoming aware of creative energy.

Have you ever driven home from work and wondered how the heck you got home?  Similarly, have you ever reached a certain age and wondered where did all the time go?  How is it possible that I have a daughter about to turn thirty years old?

Be unrealistic about age and get what you want

Tiffany Eckhardt, Certified Life Coach helping women believe their best years are ahead. Be unrealistic and get what you want.
“You are never too old to set a new goal or dream a new dream.” C.S. Lewis

Now that you’ve entered the season labeled midlife, do you fear it’s unrealistic to create something new at your age?

Many clients of mine share a fear that age limits their ability to create something new.  I believe the opposite.  Your best years are ahead.  Finding yourself at the end of one season is an exciting opportunity to make decisions about life in the next season.

Of course you are capable of learning new things and creating your life as you would like it to be.

According to Marie Forleo, “Everything is figure-outable.”

What if being unrealistic IS the answer to creating something new?

What is the first thing your mind offers when you decide to create something new?  All the reasons it can’t work, all the reasons it isn’t a good idea and all the reasons it isn’t reasonable.  Yep, your mind is very clever in keeping you safe and secure.

When you spend your time considering all that your brain offers, you fail ahead of time.  You stop yourself before you even get started.

So, trick you brain.  Agree with it.  Don’t give it anything to argue with.

Agree with your brain that your new idea might not work, there will be obstacles and it could be completely unrealistic.  Decide to appreciate all the lessons and proceed anyways.

Remind your brain the only way to create anything new is through trail and error.

The fail factor

Should we fail on purpose?  Of course not!

Brooke Castillo teaches in her eight week Business Course there are two different types of failures, escape failures and worthy failures.

Escape failures

Are you curios about why you don’t keep your word or follow through with your decisions?  Escape failures are a form of avoiding what is needed to realize your new creation and choosing to fail ahead of time.

Examples:

  • Making excuses for not following through with a commitment
  • Indulging in confusion about the next step
  • Changing your mind
  • Not planning ahead of time, protecting your calendar
  • Any form of perfection is an escape failure
  • Waiting until your ready or have learned every aspect

Worthy failures

Worthy failures are not caused by inaction, but by taking a step forward.

“We were never taught to fail.  We are taught that F’s are bad growing up.  This programming has contributed to steering away from starting things and changing,”  Brooke Castillo.

For example, this past week I conducted my first FREE workshop on Self Appreciation.  I spent hours deciding what to teach, gathering information, putting it into an understandable form, etc.  I enthusiastically marketed the workshop, but only had a couple people show up to the live event.  Was that a failure?  NO!  No, it was not a failure.  I learned better ways to approach the next workshop and will continue to market the replay, which will reach untold amount of women.

You can check our my Self Appreciation Workshop by clicking here: SELF APPRECIATION WORKSHOP

Never tried.

Ever failed.

No matter.

Try again.

Fail again.

Fail better.

Samuel Beckett

Get crystal clear

There will never be an age limit to creating something meaningful, but take time to get crystal clear about what you wish to create.

  • Define: What does it feel like once you create it?  Who will benefit from your creation?
  • Objections: What makes it unrealistic?  Go ahead and let your mind offer you the objections.
  • Solutions:  Then answer the objections with, “That objection is true, but…”  What skills will you need to create it?

Basically, allow your mind to define what you want to create, the obstacles in your way, and strategies to solve them ahead of time.

BE unrealistic, a challenge

Let’s be honest, being a little unrealistic sounds like a fun challenge.

I’d like to challenge you to a worthy fail.  Well, not just one.  I’d like to challenge you to write out 25 worthy failures you are willing to take action on.  First brainstorm all the ways you could take action that will likely fail.  From the brainstorm, pick 25 that you will commit to and then put the 25 worthy fails on your calendar.

Taking this challenge will inspire you to take the first step.  By simply taking action, you will learn everything is figure-outable!

Let me help you!

I love working with midlife women who are ready to believe their best years are ahead.  It is not a time to avoid the hard things, it is a time to embrace them with the self confidence earned at this age.

This past week I had the privilege to coach a beautiful spunky woman in her sixties who was was considering a new idea.  We worked through her thoughts, feelings and actions around the idea.  Afterwards I asked her what she thought she would be creating as a result.  She lit up and said, “a new career!”

Sometimes you just need to be able to work through all the thoughts, feelings and obstacles to believe in the possibility.

If you are ready to break some of your own limitations, let me help you!  Schedule a FREE mini session.  It’s a 45 minute chat with someone who truly believes in your possibilities.  It is also a great way to see if life coaching is for you.

Do you have the luck of the Irish?

Lucky? Tiffany Eckhardt, Certified Life Coach helping women take creative control of their lives.
Lucky Me… don’t pinch me!

Do you have the luck of the Irish on your side this week?  I wear green on St. Patty’s day in honor of my Celtic friends and to avoid being pinched!

I looked up the term “luck of the Irish” and learned it was coined during the gold rush years.  The most famous and successful miners were Irish.  Their success was attributed to sheer luck.

I may be “lucky enough” to have a small percentage of Irish ancestry, but I don’t attribute luck to success, or feel unlucky with lack of success.  Of course I will always welcome luck!  My heart flutters at the idea of luck choosing me, but I understand my role in the husbandry of my future.

“You’ve got to do your own growing no matter how tall your father was.”  Irish proverb

So let’s play with creation.  How do you create a life you want, with or without the magic of luck?

A managed mind creates opportunities for luck.

Information continually bombards us on a daily basis.  Our brilliant minds funnel the information to avoid overload.  “They” call it confirmation bias.

Here is a simple example how my mind funneled information:  I want to retire Miss Dixie, my truck. She served me well as an antique dealer, hauling a trailer of goodies for years.  Now that I have a new “hat” I long to drive something sporty and definitely not owned by the masses.  I made the decision that an off-white Mini Cooper Countryman would be fun.  Literally the moment I chose that car I saw them everywhere!  Weird, until then I hardly noticed them.

How does confirmation bias affect our opportunities?  An unattended mind will offer only what is programed in a belief system.  Do you believe in lack, you will see lack everywhere.  Do you believe in abundance, you will see abundance everywhere.  In other words, your mind will present evidence to only what you believe. It might be time for a pivot!

The good news is that you get to choose your thoughts and create from any belief system you cultivate.  In fact, a managed mind can create opportunities.

Give your creative juices room to breathe!  I believe inspiration comes when your mind is at rest.  Occasionally unplugging from information overload allows ideas to flow and the mind to dream.  Daily journalling has helped me to get crystal clear on what I want and choose thoughts that serve the life I want to create.

Success leaves clues.

I first learned the concept of success leaving clues from Tony Robbins.  He teaches that instead of reinventing the wheel, look to the ones who paved the way.  There are teachers everywhere!

Sure, life is a great classroom.  I’ve learned many lessons from the school of hard knocks.  Now that I’m entering my 50’s I’m getting wiser.  I prefer to invest time and money into podcasts, books and seminars to learn from other people’s hard knocks.

A word about hard knocks:  don’t let them surprise you or derail your dream.  I love what Elizabeth Gilbert shares about enduring disappointment in her book Big Magic.  It’s part of the job of any creative.  She quotes Mark Manson, “the secret to finding your purpose in life is to answer this question in total honesty:  Whats your favorite flavor of shit sandwich?”  Because if you love something enough then you don’t mind eating the shit sandwich that comes with it.  Fail forward my friend!

Everything is figure-outable.

I can’t stop talking about Marie Forleo’s book Everything is Figure-outable.  If you train your mind to believe that one statement, there is NOTHING you can’t do!

“Almost everything needed to make your dream a reality requires new skills, experiences, and understanding.  You must do things you’ve never done before.”  Marie Forleo.

Create your own luck by training your mind and being a student of success.  In doing so you’ll be an inspiration and possibly attract the luck of the Irish!

Are You Living A Life Of Creative Abundance?

Is your goal to live a life of creative abundance?  Do you want to take creative control of your life?  I believe it’s worth taking the leap!

I admire people who ooze creativity.  It always appears to be effortless, natural, like they just ARE creative.  I’m learning that is not exactly the case.

In Elizabeth Gilbert’s book Big Magic, she refers to ideas and creativity as mystics that come to you and offer the idea.  It is your job to say yes or no to the idea, understanding there will be a few “shit sandwiches” on the menu. In fact, according to Gilbert the reason we don’t move creatively ahead is always and only fear.

“Creative living is living a life that is driven more strongly by curiosity than fear.” ~Liz

A poet that Gilbert became intrigued with, once told a literature student, “Do you have the courage?  Do you have the courage to bring forth this work?  The treasures that are hidden inside you are hoping you will say YES!”

Do YOU invest for abundance?

I wholeheartedly support Elizabeth Gilbert’s theory that creativity is an energy that chooses us to co-create with.  Cuz it’s the TRUTH!  It is a gift from God.

I’ve been mulling over a familiar Bible story in the book of Mathew.  As the story goes, a boss man (my words not the Bible’s) went out of town and left his servants in charge.  He gave “talents” to each according to their ability.  The first servant he gave five talents to invest, to the second servant he gave two talents to invest and to the third servant he gave one talent to invest. When the boss returned he found the first two servants had double their talents.  The third servant buried his talents because he feared loosing the one talent he had.

Impressed, the boss commended the first two servants with, “Well done, good and faithful servant!  You have been faithful with few things; I will put you in charge of many things.  Come and share in my happiness!”  The boss reprimanded the third servant with, “You wicked, lazy servant… you should have put my money on deposit with the bankers, so that when I returned I would have received it back with interest.”

The good and faithful servants will be given more talents to work with, while the third servant will be passed over next time the talents are divvied out.

A verse on abundance: Mathew 25: 29

For everyone who has will be given more, and he will have abundance.

I am not a Bible scholar.  I simply love that Jesus encourages people to invest their talents. He fully understands the fear and risks involved, as well as the abundance rewarded to the courageous.

It appears that the story is about a dude with a lot of money, entrusting his wealth to his servants.  I view this familiar parable as an example of our benevolent creator continually entrusting gifts and talents to humanity, taking delight in what is created with the gifts.

When we are willing to invest, share and ship our talents, the talents multiple.  I wholeheartedly believe in abundance.  It is up to all of us to get curious about what we have to offer, develop our talents and be willing to share them.

Sign me up for abundance!

I am pursuing a creative life.  Abundance is directly related to my willingness to invest in my gifts. I hope the gifts I share inspire and encourage you as well, but most importantly are a gift back to my creator.

The creative life isn’t effortless.  A meaningful, creative life that gives back requires courage.  The courageous receive abundance.

Fear is lazy.  I refuse to bury my talents or play small and will have the courage to continue to grow, and to keep moving towards becoming the best version of myself, feeling the vibration of fear, knowing it will pass.

Are you curious?

I invite you to get curious about your talents.  Have you given into fear and succumbed to living a small life?  Or are you looking for ideas to invest your talents?

As Jack Gilbert put it, “The treasures that are hidden inside you are hoping you will say YES!”

I would love to connect with all you badass women who are ready to take creative control of your life!  Let’s shake up this world with our abundant talents!!!!

What do curios people know?

What do curious people know?

What if curious people hold the secret to a successful life?

Just curious, do you believe it’s possible to create the life of your dreams?  Could curiosity be the secret?

Travel has taught me to be curious. I love to wander the streets of cities we visit. I always wonder what is around the corner. Could there be something amazing to discover the next street over? Jeff and I have been lost more than once. Curiosity led Michele, Jeff and I to Paolo Sandulli’s art castle in Praiano, Italy. I’d say that was a successful day!

Martha Stewart contributes her success to an avid curiosity.

Jeff Bezos’ childhood was marked by curious chaos.  Bezos’ mother believed it was her responsibility to allow deep dives into what he enjoyed.  She may have not always liked his questions, but gave him space to explore with curiosity.

“We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we’re curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.”  Walt Disney

Curious people are known to think outside the box, not afraid to fail, explore new ideas, and have an unquenchable willingness to grow.

See why I am drawn to curious friends?  They are kindred spirits who create their lives.

Questions are the answers

What if curious folks just learned to ask good questions?  What if questions are the answers?

“Getting the right question is the key to getting the right answer,”  Jeff Bezos.

Curious people tend to be innovative, not content with the status quo.  They are willing to question how they show up in their valued relationships, how their thought life effects their emotional balance and how to contribute with influence and purpose.

What if a zesty life is an endless journey of discovery?

How curious are you about YOUR life?

I’ve seen firsthand the benefits of questioning my thoughts.  The right questions exposed strategic and obstructive thoughts.  Every thought creates a feeling.  Feelings influence our behavior, which gives us our results.

Questions led to discovering what I really want in every area of my life.

Let’s get curious about the thoughts that are creating YOUR life in three important areas.

Ask yourself…

1. Am I self aware?

What is my current thought? {Right now… as I read this.}

How do I feel about that thought?

Do I like that thought?

What if I thought a different thought?

Do my thoughts contribute to my wellness?  Why or why not?

2. How do I want to show up with my family and friends?

How am I doing?

What thoughts do I tend to think about my loved ones?

Are my thoughts correct, and strengthening my relationships?

Can I think different thoughts?

3. Am I doing work I love?

How do I define a successful life?

Do I like my definition?

Why do I even want to be that version of success?

You get the idea… what questions would you ask yourself if you were curious?  Can you imagine a better life if you asked more questions?  Do you believe you have the power to change your life by changing your thoughts, creating feelings that serve you and taking action from the place of pure curiosity? Your best life could be just around the corner. 😉

Curious, do you need help?

Don’t let yourself off the hook.  This is YOUR life… you deserve to create it.  Do you need to enlist help from someone who will objectively listen to your line of thinking?

I’d love to offer my services to you.  Are you curious how I can help YOU solve the issues in your life?  A coaching session will help you explore your thoughts with curiosity.  There is a system to unlocking the results you want in your life.   The first session is FREE!

Do you believe it’s possible to create the life of your dreams?

Here’s to a cultivating curiosity!

He was right the whole time. An epiphany about habits

Quote

This is a common occurrence in the Eckhardt home.  Jeff will communicate a thought he thinks will help me.  He is dumbfounded when I share the same thought as an epiphany I learned from a podcast or a book.  Why did I have to hear it from someone else?  He was right the whole time.

Today I had a similar moment with God

Tiffany Eckhardt, owner of Flown The Coop, discovers a paradigm shift reading Atomic Habits, by James Clear

I am a journaler.  I write out all my feelings to determine what I think about them.  God has been whispering the word “BE”  to me for a long time.  It didn’t register until today.

Road to an epiphany

I have created a wonderful habit of listening to podcasts as I get ready for the day.  If you haven’t already, check out my 5 Podcasts To Finish 2018 Strong article.

My habit has introduced me to wonderful Influencers.   I am currently enjoying the #Last90Days challenge with Dave and Rachel Hollis.  I tune into their daily FB live for inspiration.  Their Five To Thrive has really propelled me into some great foundational habits.

I’m seeing a reoccurring topic arise throughout the podcast world.  Everyone seems to be talking about habits.

I am currently listening to The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do on Audible.  This is a book Rachel Hollis recommended the first week of the #Last90Days challenge.  Wow! The study of habits is fascinating.  The same week I started to listen The Power of Habit I heard an interview on Lewis Howes’ podcast with James Clear. James just wrote the book Atomic Habits.  Blew. My. Mind.  I highly recommend listening to this podcast!

The road to an epiphany led me to a Habits.

I am a reader

My copy of Atomic Habits arrived in the mail yesterday.  Ironically, I am creating a new reading habit at night.  (I am a reader)  I devoured the first three chapters, underlining and wiring comments on several key ideas.  Here are a few of my favorites:

  • A habit is a routine or behavior that is performed regularly – and, in many cases, automatically.
  • the quality of our lives depend on the quality of our habits
  • Habits are the compound interest of self-improvement
  • Success is the product of daily habits – not once-in-a-lifetime transformations
  • You don’t rise to the level of your goals.  You fall to the level of your systems
  • an atomic habit refers to a tiny change, a marginal gain, a 1 percent improvement
  • atomic habits are the building blocks of remarkable results
  • there is a difference between outcome based habits and identity habits
  • It’s hard to change your habits if you never change the underlying beliefs that led you to your past behavior
  • The ultimate form of intrinsic motivation is when a habit becomes part of your identity… when your behavior and your identity are fully aligned, you are no longer pursuing a behavior change.  You are simply acting like the person you already believe yourself to be.
  • The focus should always be on becoming that type of person, not getting a particular outcome

Wow!  A paradigm shift!  I had to let all of these ideas sink in.  What stood out to me is that I didn’t truly believe I could be the person who accomplished dreams.  I didn’t believe I could BE successful or healthy (skinny).  I didn’t even believe I could BE a nice person.  UUGH!

He was right the whole time

This morning God whispered to me again, “Be.”  Turns out he was right the whole time.  God was leading me to focus on who I wanted to BE.  He is interested in leading me to my true identity.  Why didn’t I hear him from the beginning?  I was focused on outcomes. I didn’t have faith in the journey!

Now what?

I will focus on small changes over time.  My goal is to become the best version of myself.

The question becomes, “Who do I want to BE?”

  • I am a christian (true identity). I am loving and loyal to my family and friends.
  • I am a healthy person who is committed to daily exercise, drinking water, and eating well (I am skinny). 😉
  • I am a natural networker.  I love connecting people and helping them realize their dreams!
  • I am a leader who uplifts her team to the best version of themselves.
  • I am a reader… love to learn!
  • I am patient… becoming the best version of myself takes time.  🙂

This epiphany might only be for my benefit.

He was right the whole time.  I don’t think God is upset that I didn’t hear “BE” the first time.  I think he knew I needed to take this road to an epiphany.  Tiny habits over time compounds into the person I want to become!  I am thankful for this lesson.

I am humbly grateful if this resinates with you!  Let me encourage you!  Decide the person you want to BE and create habits that serve that person.

I’d love to hear from you!  Get a copy of the book Atomic Habits.  Let’s share what we learn with each other!  Let’s believe in who we can BE!
