Fresh start
How many times have you had a fresh start in your life?
What was the catalyst? Marriage? Starting a family? A job relocation? A new business idea?
If the catalyst was associate with a measure of pain, like a bankruptcy or divorce, you probably spend a great deal of time resisting it or trying to manage it.
Midlife is a season in life that offers a fresh start, depending how you look at it.
Fresh start or fear?
When you think of starting something new do you feel excited, optimistic, adventurous?
Or do you experience fear, worrying about what might or might not happen?
Feelings are an indication of how you actually think about it.
What are you willing to risk?
“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more powerful than the risk it took to blossom.” Anais Nin
I’m experienced at fresh starts. I’ve moved across country four times in thirty years, renovating six homes (three historic). After homeschooling and devoting my young adult life to raising our family, the kids moved on and are living their great adventures. I’ve also had numerous business ventures, short lived careers, heartbreaks and health issues.
Y’all we got midlife too!
It is our season to blossom!
Don’t let the fear of what could happen, make nothing happen.
I can help
I coach women who are asking the question, “What’s next?”
According to a Harvard Business Review article, the number one reason people don’t reach their potential is that they don’t know themselves.
Your life experiences, wether a natural part of life or crisis, may have chartered your course up until now, but midlife is the season you can finally get to know yourself.
What ever is next can be created. I can help you identify the BS that keeps you stuck in fear and blossom into the woman you know you can be.
This is your season to bloom!
I offer a free course, Rise Above Your Own Midlife BS. This is a great place to start your fresh start.
Coaching is an excellent way to move past your BS faster. Schedule a consultation by clicking on my calendar link below and pick a date/time that works for you.
Here’s to fresh starts!
